Floor Grinding
We specialise in high volume concrete diamond grinding to prepare any sub-floor. We can grind to remove coatings or residual adhesives, or we can grind a floor to simply smooth and/or level an existing concrete substrate. Our teams utilise speciality tooling to ensure we can deliver a cost effective and on-time project of any size.
Floor Levelling
Our teams are experts in the application of cement based self-levelling compounds to ensure a perfectly finished floor. Our levelling compounds have the ability to be applied to concrete, ceramic/porcelain tile or timber sub-floors.
Removing Existing Floor Coverings
We can arrange to remove ceramic tiles, carpet, vinyl, vinyl tiles, cork and floating floor systems.
SCREEDS
We can supply and install bonded and un-bonded engineered screeds ready for the installation of new floor coverings. We also have the ability to install rapid cure screed if required.
Moisture Barrier systems
Our teams are proficient in the installation of epoxy moisture barrier systems that protect your sub-floor from high levels of in-situ relative humidity, rising damp or moisture ingress.
Concrete Crack Repair
Over time, older slabs may begin to deteriorate and large cracks may start to appear. Our teams can repair these cracks in preparation for new floor coverings or coatings to ensure these cracks don’t effect your new flooring.
